Chelsea Baier, Paralegal

Chelsea is a California native moving to Colorado in 1995 and never leaving. After receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Northern Arizona University, she moved to Steamboat Springs. For two years Chelsea enjoyed the outdoors and taught skiing, eventually relocating to Fort Collins to attend Colorado State University. At CSU, she received her Secondary Science Teaching Credential. After teaching eighth grade science at Eagle Valley Middle School for two years, her husband and she moved back to the Yampa Valley.

Over the past 23 years in Steamboat, Chelsea worked eight of those years as a Real Estate Closer with Stewart Title Company. This job provided her with the foundation to learn and understand real estate contracts and the process of real estate sales while working closely with lenders, mortgage brokers and appraisers. The past 6 years Chelsea worked as a Paralegal for Cantafio Hammond, P.C. where she assisted in real estate transactions and contract litigation. Chelsea went back to school and obtained her Colorado Real Estate Brokers License in 2015.
In 2018 Chelsea came to work as a Paralegal for Steamboat Lawyers Group assisting the lawyers in all facets of law.

Chelsea enjoys spending her free time with her husband watching their two sons play hockey and enjoying all that Steamboat has to offer.
